Donnach O'Driscoll - Chief Executive Officer. Donnach has led the development of ARI since incorporation to a position today where its name and reputation are highly regarded throughout Europe and Asia .

Most recently Donnach spent two years as interim Managing Director at 107.6 Juice FM in Liverpool . ARI co-owned the station between 2003 and 2005 and also managed it during that time. Under Donnach's leadership the station was transformed and its market share doubled in two years.

Donnach has also used his extensive contacts to develop consulting opportunities for ARI across Continental Europe and Asia .

Prior to setting up ARI in 2001 Donnach spent two years as Head of International Development at the UK's leading commercial radio group - Capital Radio (now GCAP Media plc) . Before that he spent seven years at the RTL Group , Europe 's largest TV/Radio Group. Whilst at RTL he held a number of positions including Head of Radio Development, Joint Director of Radio and, from 1997 to 1999, Vice President of UK activities. Donnach developed and led RTL's strategy into the UK making it the first European group to gain entry to the market. He brought RTL into CHANNEL 5, TALK RADIO, the CENTURY RADIO regional applications with Border TV and the successful XFM application for London 's last FM analogue licence. He was a director at Atlantic 252, Talk Radio, East Midlands Regional Radio, Investors in Radio, XFM and an alternate director at CHANNEL 5 . Before RTL, Donnach spent three years as the personal private secretary to Gaston Thorn, a former President of the European Commission and United Nations.

Adrian Robinson - Finance Director. Adrian is one of ARI's founding members and has managed all the financial aspects of the company from start-up. He has developed important relationships with all of ARI's financial stakeholders including its bankers (HSBC Private Bank) and shareholders.

Adrian was central to the acquisition of 107.6 Juice FM in Liverpool in 2003 and was interim Finance Director at the station until ARI sold its stake in 2005. In this role he had responsibility for all financial aspects of Juice and saw turnover increase by 50% in two years.

Adrian is a Chartered Accountant who, prior to setting up ARI, had 15 years' experience in KPMG , the pre-eminent firm of global business advisors. As a partner specialising in the Communications and Entertainment sectors, Adrian had a close association with KPMG Ireland's media and entertainment clients which include Today FM - the only independent national commercial radio station in Ireland , 98FM - Dublin and Atlantic 252. He also had overall partner responsibility for some of the firm's largest clients including An Post (the Post Office) and The Irish National Lottery. As the youngest ever Professional Standards Partner in KPMG Ireland, Adrian was involved in virtually all of the major corporate transactions where KPMG provided due diligence advice in the period 1998 - 2000. These included some of the largest corporate transactions conducted in Ireland in that period.

Clive Dickens - Programme & Operations Director . Clive is a founding member of ARI and oversees all operational aspects of the company's activities. His radio expertise is recognised and in demand world-wide and he consults to a select number stations in Europe , Asia and (through our associate company Absolute & Dowse LLC) the USA .

Clive is responsible for identifying business opportunities and championed the acquisition of 107.6 Juice FM, Liverpool in 2003. Clive had overall responsibility for Programming and Operations at the station between 2003 and 2005 and masterminded a 50% increase in total hours and a doubling of market share by the station in under two years. He also co-ordinates all licence application work carried out by ARI .

Clive was named the fourth most influential person in the UK radio and music industry by the Sunday Times in April 2000. Between 1995 and 2000 Clive was Group Head of Programmes at Capital Radio (now GCAP Media plc). Capital Radio's market capitalisation rose from STG£200m to over STG£1 billion during his time with the company. One of his many roles was to oversee the integration of all FM acquisitions which included BRMB - Birmingham, Southern Radio, Red Dragon and XFM-London. Prior to heading up Capital's programming department he worked for eleven years at Chiltern Radio plc in the Home Counties, where he rose from being the youngest Head of Music in UK radio to Network Controller of seven market leading local stations.

Ian Walker - Senior VP Programming & Operations - Ian joined ARI in May 2006 and is responsible for programming consultancy, business development and project work including management training and talent management.

Ian's international radio experience encompasses Senior Management positions in both Australia, Austria the UK and Ireland. Ian was senior programmer with UTV plc and successfully launched Dublin's Q102 in March 2004. During his tenure as PD he generated an 85% increase in audience and doubling of market share in less than two years. Ian's talent as an on air broadcaster launched him immediately into the southern hemisphere's biggest market - Sydney, being only one of 5 or 6 people in Australian radio history to have accomplished this feat. Ian was also appointed the youngest ever General Manager in Sydney radio at the age of 29 and was also significantly involved
as programming guest lecturer at  AFTRS (radio course) in Sydney.

Ian's European experience includes Area Programme Controller for the Chiltern Cluster - - part of the GWR plc. Ian also was Programme Director for GWR international based in Vienna between 1999 and 2003.
